Pre-Wolse (Monthly Rent) Contract Checklist

Wolse (monthly rent) may have a smaller deposit than jeonse, but that does not automatically make it a safe contract. Before signing, you must verify the certified copy of the property registry (등기사항증명서), the identity of the landlord and any agent, whether the broker is a registered licensed real estate agent, the terms for the deposit, monthly rent, and maintenance fees, the fixed date (확정일자), whether the lease is subject to lease reporting, and the place-of-residence reporting channel for foreigners.

The app does not assert that wolse is more suitable for a particular type of resident, that a contract goes more smoothly with only a particular ID, or that the deposit will be recovered when you move out.
