기술연수(D-3) 법무부장관이 정하는 연수조건을 갖춘 자로서 국내의 산업체에서 연수를 받고자 하는 자 자격 해당자 - 외국환거래법에 의거 외국에 직접 투자한 산업체 및 활동범위 - 외국에 기술을 수출하는 산업체로서 법무부장관이 산업연수가 필요 하다고 인정하는 산업체 - 대외무역법에 의거 외국에 산업설비를 수출하는 산업체 체류기간 상한 2년 이내 체류자격외 원칙적으로 체류자격외 활동 억제 활동 근무처의 해당사항 없음 변경 ․ 추가 체류자격 해당사항 없음 부 여 체류자격 체류자격 변경 불가 원칙 변경허가 1. 최초 6개월, 이 후 입국한 날부터 2년 범위 내에서 연장허가 체류기간 연장허가 - 연수기간연장의 필요성, 과거이탈율, 범법사항등을 확인하여 연장여부 결정함, 2010.4.5.지침 ‣해외투자기업 기술연수생 등에 대한 사증발급인정서 발급 및 관리에 관한 지침 (제5조) 기술연수생의 연수기간은 원칙적으로 입국한 날로부터 6개월을 초과할 수 없다. 다만, 청(사무소·출장소)장이 추가로 연수가 필요하다고 인정하는 경우 입국한 날부터 2년을 초과하지 않는 한도 내에서 그 연수기간을 연장할 수 있다. ~ 목차 3. 신청서류 체류기간 ① 신청서(별지34호 서식), 여권원본, 외국인등록증, 수수료 연장허가 ② 연수기간 연장신청 사유서(별도서식) - 55 -
