기술연수(D-3) 법무부장관이 정하는 연수조건을 갖춘 자로서 국내 산업체에서의 연수활동 - 외국환거래법에 의거 외국에 직접 투자한 산업체에서 연수를 받고자 하는 자 활동범위 및 해당자 - 외국에 기술을 수출하는 산업체로서 법무부장관이 기술연수가 필요하다고 인정하는 산업체에서 연수를 받고자 하는 자 - 대외무역법에 의거 외국에 산업설비를 수출하는 산업체에서 연수를 받고자 하는 자 1회 부여 체류기간의 2년 상한 공관장 재량으로 기술연수에 대한 사증발급은 반드시 출입국ㆍ외국인청(사무소ㆍ출장소)장이 발급할 수 있는 발급한 사증발급인정서를 제출 받아 그 인정서의 내용에 따라 기술연수 사증을 사증 발급 - 72 -
