Not "which restaurant is good" — which one tastes like **home**. I've lived abroad a lot, and in every city the first thing I searched for was a Korean restaurant. Sometimes I paid more than the local food cost, just for something that reminded me of my mother's cooking. Some of those places got it right. Many were adjusted to local taste and were not the thing I was missing at all. So I want this to be the thread where we tell each other where the real one is. If you know a place, tell us: - **The dish**, not just the restaurant — one specific thing they get right - **Roughly where it is** (station or neighbourhood is enough) - **What is not right about it**, if anything. "The broth is right but the bread is wrong" is more useful than five stars. Places people add here get saved into [Hometown Restaurants](/restaurants) so the next person can find them by country and by neighbourhood. 한국어·Tiếng Việt·नेपाली·ភាសាខ្មែរ·Русский — any language is fine here.
