WOWPASS

WOWPASS is a service aimed at foreign travelers that provides features related to prepaid payment, currency exchange, app management, and transit cards. The conditions for card issuance, top-up (charging), currency exchange, withdrawal, fees, Tmoney balance, suspension when lost, and reissuance must be checked against the official app and terms of service.

• Check the locations of machines where you can get a card issued, their operating hours, and whether passport verification is required.
• Check which currencies can be charged, the exchange rate, fees, withdrawal limits, and refund conditions.
• Check whether the regular payment balance and the transit card balance are kept separate.
• Check whether you can suspend the card in the app if it is lost, and the conditions for reissuance and transferring the balance.
• Check in the terms of service the scope of what is possible for online payments, identity verification, bank transfers, and cash withdrawal.

• K does not recommend WOWPASS as a substitute for a bank account or as a lowest-exchange-rate service.
• For prepaid balances, you must check the terms of service and the conditions for handling loss.
• Do not share your card number, app password, or verification links with others.

• "Is WOWPASS the best card?"
• "Is the exchange rate always better than at the airport?"
• "Is my money guaranteed even if I lose it?"
• "Can I use it for online payments or identity verification?"

The questions above require checking the official app, terms of service, and customer support.
