또는 혁신적 연구가 실시되는 영역으로서 법무부장관이 국가
경쟁력 강화를 위해 필요하다고 인정하는 분야
❍ (최우수인재) 첨단분야 기업 등에서 프로젝트 기획 · 연구 · R&D 등을
주도하는 수석 엔지니어 또는 중견 연구자
◈ 탑티어(Top-Tier) 비자 자격 기준과 대상은 다음과 같습니다.
□ 최우수인재(Top-Tier) 자격 기준
❍ (소득) 연간소득이 전년도 1인당 국민 총소득의 3배 이상인 자
❍ (학력) 최근 5년 내 아래 세계 대학평가 중 하나 이상에서 100위
이내에 선정된 대학의 석사 이상 학위를 취득한 사람
