활동범위 대한민국정부가 승인한 외국정부 또는 국제기구의 공무를 수행하는 자와 그 가족
외국정부 또는 국제기구의 공무를 수행하는 자
① 대한민국 정부가 승인한 외국정부 외교사절단의 사무직원 및 기술직원과
노무직원
② 대한민국정부가 승인한 영사기관의 사무직원 및 기술직원과 노무직원
③ 대한민국에 본부를 둔 국제기구의 직원
④ 외국정부 또는 국제기구가 대한민국에 있는 지사에서 대한민국정부와의 공적
해당자 업무를 위해 주재하는 당해 외국정부 또는 국제기구의 직원(①부터 ③까지에
해당하는 자는 제외)
⑤ 대한민국 정부와의 공적인 업무를 위해 외국정부 또는 국제기구에서 파견한 자
(①부터 ④까지에 해당하는 자는 제외)
⑥ 대한민국 정부 또는 국제기구가 주최하는 회의 등에 참가하는 자
