- For overseas direct purchases (해외직구), customs duties, your Personal Customs Clearance Code (개인통관고유부호), prohibited items, and return shipping fees may differ.
- Re-check payment links, text messages asking you to re-pay shipping fees, and refund-impersonation links through the official app/website.
- If you suffer damage, use the shopping mall's customer center, your card company, and the Korea Consumer Agency (한국소비자원) / Consumer 24 (소비자24).
